If you purchase materials from our inventory, you are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, we offer the option for returns beyond the 30-day period with an agreement from the company. However, it's important to note that special orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. All sales are final for these orders.
For stock material returns, we do not charge a restocking fee for 10 to 15% of the materials. This means that if you purchase a large quantity of tiles and only need to return a small portion of them, you won't be penalized with a restocking fee. However, if the return exceeds 15% of the stock material, a restocking fee may apply. The restocking fee percentage is determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to change.

Our return policy is designed to provide you with the flexibility to make returns within a reasonable timeframe. It's important to note that the returned materials must be in the original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
